Product Description
JWF1366 single head high speed autolevelling draw frame is a new type of machine developed and manufactured by our company based on the experience of autolevelling equipment of customers in many countries in recent years. This machine is high-efficiency and energy saving, with output speed up to 1000m/min, equipped with jumbo suction system, humanized autoleveller guide, optional spare cans unit, and remote operation and maintenance, to realize real-time monitoring and save effort.
More convenient operation and maintenance
The operation of the main machine and autolevelling is completed on the touch screen, which makes the operation as convenient as a mobile phone;
UQA and NAS autolevelling systems are available;
During maintenance, the operator can operate most parts of the machine directly to reduce the difficulty of maintenance;
High precision differential box and detection box ensure the stable operation at high speed;
There is no need to remove the T&G roller to replace the T&G roller belt;
It is equipped with standard oil free top roller, which rises and falls synchronously with the spring arm;
The new pneumatic can-changing device is stable and reliable;
New integrated pressure bar without disassembly;
Centralized lubrication is adopted for the bearing in the drafting area.
