Product Description
JWF1383 Lap Drawing Machine, being preparation device of cotton combing, makes slivers drafted, combined and winded, improve the straightness and parallelization of fiber for further processing of comber. After years of continuous improvement, JWF1383 has advanced technology, reliable structure and superior cost performance.
The adopting variable-frequency motor is step-less speed regulating.
Lap winding adopts roller pressure winding technology, simple structure makes stable and reliable.
The two-over-three curve drafting system is driven by synchronous belt and pneumatic pressure.
The height of bobbin storage is reduced, which is convenient for the operator and reduces the labor intensity.
It is intelligent design and can automatically run. It can realize the unmanned production of combing process by Jingwei full-automatic combing production system.
