YG063G Automatic Tension Tester
YG063G Automatic Tension Tester is a new generation high efficiency single yarn tension tester which adopts pneumatic technology, it is used to test yarn breaking force, breaking elongation rate,breaking intensity etc indices. Its function and performance all accord with national standard GB/T3916-1997. It has advantages of high testing efficiency, accurate testing data, reliable performance, easy operation, convenient service, etc.
Main features
Testing efficiency is high and it is 20~30% higher than common single yarn tension tester in the market.
It adopts pneumatic holding device, soft holding motion is hard to damage yarn.
It adopts computer control, Chinese interface, easy operation, convenient, and manual testing function.
It can display forcing-extending curve (F-E curve) in real time, and can process testing result graphically.
Yarn creel can install 20 tubes of yarn at once, install continuous test of 40 tubes at twice, and each tube can test 100 groups of data.
It can automatically choose best measure range, automatically or manually reject unusual data.
Motor driver system all adopts subdivision technology, high reliability, smooth running,low noise.
Sampling roller adopts antistatic and anti-winding device, reduce winding yarn.
