Product Description
JWF1107/JWF1109 Single Roller Cleaner is an efficient pre-opener and cleaner, applicable for various kinds of raw cotton. Material inside is opened sufficiently after repetitive flexible and gentle beat. During opening, impurities are separated from the material. Material opened and purified is transported to the next process via the transporting duct.
☆ The material is opened without being gripped, which greatly decreases fiber damages.
☆ The springy Vee brads can open the material gently and sufficiently, removing the impurities efficiently.
☆ The speed of the beater can be changed by the pulley or the inverter motor.
☆ Grid bar gauges can be manually adjusted, meeting various technological requirements.
☆ Either intermittent or continuous waste-collecting device can be equipped.
☆ The specially designed structure improves the removing of the dust and the short fiber.
