Product Description
This machine is one of the opening and blowing equipment. It is mainly used in fine opening and remove impurities of the raw cotton and chemical fiber after preliminary opening.
☆ Higher compartment of chute enhances cotton storage amount and cotton supply stability.
☆ Air discharge technique adopted by chute enhances cotton storage density and cotton supply stability to meet the requirement of high production.
☆ Feed roller is protected by dual mechanical and electrical limit switch to ensure machine safety.
☆ Combination of pin beater with big diameter and grid bars open cotton gently; gauge of grid bars is adjusted outside of machine for better opening efficiency and high impurity removal efficiency.
