1.Major adjustments to the carding process to ensure high quality and high production
1)Big Carding Area
Carding arc length of 3m, working width of 1.3m, carding area of 3.9㎡, good carding ability, excellent sliver quality.
2)Increase of rotary flat.
The number of working rotary flat is the key of the sliver quality. Therefore JWF1217 increases its working rotary flat number to 38 pcs, which improves the core carding area and carding ability.
The rotary flat area adopts 9-point gauge setting to ensure the gauge accuracy and stability, thus to achieve better carding effect.
2.Reliable mechanical structure for stable operation
1)High-quality core components
Mono-block casting iron cylinder, doffer and side wall have little thermal expansion and are stable, ensuring the carding gauge to be stable and accurate when running with high speed and high capacity.
2)Trapezoidal frame construction
The overall frame welded with trapezoidal steel plates has a simple and firm structure, ensuring the stability and consistency of the key carding components during operation.

3.Efficient operating system to enhance equipment performance
1)larger diameter feeding device
Ф120 larger diameter feeding roller design strengthens the fiber grip, enhances the feeding efficiency, improves the opening capacity in the feeding licker-in area.
2)New output structure
Reasonable three-roller structure design improves structure stability, flexible process adjustment, ensures stable and high-speed sliver output.
3)Auxiliary picking device
Auxiliary picking device (optional), easy to operate, time-saving, reduces labor intensity and difficulty;
4)Efficient and flexible transmission
Key carding components such as the cylinder, licker-in roller, rotary flats and brushing roller are driven by individual inverter, the big calender, lower feeding roller, three-roller, doffer and coiler are servo driven for more convenient process adjustment and more accurate control.

4.Intelligent control and safety protection system
1) Intelligent control system
Intelligent detection devices such as flat gauge online detection, nep online detection and noil online detection are optional, they can be selected for real-time monitoring key parameters during the equipment operation.
The optional cylinder auto-grinding device can grind the card-clothing according to the output and the card-clothing usage, thus prolonging the service life of the card-clothing and improving the product quality index.
2) Intelligent protection system
Intelligent protection functions such as cylinder wire touching protection, temperature monitoring and motor current monitoring in carding area, and metal detection to improve the safety performance of the carding machine in all aspects.
3) New man-machine interaction
Adopting a new mode man-machine interface, apply LED light with multi-color combination to display equipment running status, using FRID technology to achieve process classification, authority unlocking, convenient operation, etc.
5.Intelligent four-in-one auto-leveling system for stable sliver count
Adopting the four-in-one leveling system of intelligent blowing supply, chute feeder IPD control, rear ring and front ring to ensure the stability of the raw sliver weight. Convenient operation, fine regulation and control, can be equipped with IOT module to realize remote control of parameters and operation status.
6.Coiler capacity enhancement technique
Adopting an innovative can capacity enhancement technique, the can of the same specification can achieve 20-50% increase in capacity according to the different raw materials and process, to reduce the labor intensity and the number of draw frame joints, to improve the yarn quality.
