The CT3000 evenness testing analyzer is a fully automatic precision textile testing instrument that integrates optical, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic technologies. It is used to test the unevenness of yarn density, diameter and change, surface hairiness, etc., and comprehensively evaluate the yarn quality. It is a necessary testing instrument for textile enterprises to conduct quality inspection and control. This instrument is suitable for pure and blended yarns of cotton, wool, silk, linen, and synthetic short fibers.

1. Fully automatic measurement is used for fine yarn to save manpower.
2. Real time measurement of CVm%, Um%, H, SH, D, CVD%, and defect values for each level.
3. The yarn traction system adopts a high-speed dual active mechanism, which runs smoothly and has high testing efficiency.
4. The main processor adopts an industrial control computer, and the monitoring software is based on Windows platform. The interface is beautiful, and the displayed graphics color can be set by the user according to their usage habits.
5. Provide spectral diagram, variation length curve, Linear density frequency distribution diagram and deviation rate threshold diagram of sliver and hairiness.
6. The spectrogram adopts 170 channels, which is more conducive for users to accurately determine the fault or defect location.
7. Equipped with a 3D fabric simulation system, it can automatically draw yarn contour maps, electronic blackboards, and effect maps of woven and knitted fabrics based on the measured yarn data. The fabric structure can be set arbitrarily.
8. Equipped with an expert analysis system for automatic diagnosis and analysis of each process.
9. All test data and graphic information can be displayed on screen or printed on a printer.
