Qingdao Hongda Successfully Completes the Second Quarter Autonomous Improvement Work of 2025

To better promote advanced experiences, establish a sound innovative environment and atmosphere, and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement through small reforms and innovations, the enterprise has continuously deepened the "full-staff autonomous improvement" activity. In the second quarter of 2025, a total of 94 improvement achievements were collected in the autonomous improvement activity, with 132 participants involved. After material review and on-site evaluation by the review team and relevant professionals, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 6 third prizes were finally selected. The award ceremony for the second quarter autonomous improvement activity was successfully held on July 24th. Wei Xiaofei, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, Shao Peixi, Minister of the Technical Center, and Ma Peizhou, Senior Manager of the Quality Department, presented awards to the winners on site.
The improvement activities focused on the production frontline and achieved remarkable results in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting production. For example:
- The Quality Department independently designed and produced a photoelectric sensor anti-vibration sensitivity testing tool, which fundamentally solved the problem that sensors could not be tested with power on. It also meets the testing needs of various types of sensors with different rated voltages, enabling 100% full inspection of sensors, improving inspection efficiency, and ensuring product quality stability.
- The Machinery Factory designed and produced a bearing sleeve processing tool, optimized the workpiece clamping scheme and positioning pin structure, enhanced the rigidity of workpiece clamping, and ensured that the roundness of processed workpieces is controlled within 0.008mm, improving the consistency and stability of part processing quality.
- The Carding Equipment Factory designed and produced a coiler test-running tool, optimized the internal electric panel and wiring form of the tool, realized simultaneous test-running of multiple devices, and increased the test-running efficiency by 500% compared with the original, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing workers' labor intensity.
Meanwhile, many autonomous improvement achievements are promotable. Employees learn from and draw on each other's experiences, which plays a positive role in promoting the company's development.
