To thoroughly implement the company's "quality-strengthening enterprise" strategy, comprehensively improve the quality management level and application capabilities of quality tools for QC teams, grassroots teams, and new graduates, and forge a high-quality talent team that understands quality, is proficient in management, and capable of innovation, Qingdao Hongda held a special training on QC and "quality trustworthy team" construction on July 24-25. Hosted by the company's Quality Department, the training invited Wu Tao, Deputy Director of the Quality and Technological Progress Division of the Industry Department of China National Textile and Apparel Council, and Tao Yong, a nationally renowned quality management expert, to conduct the sessions.

More than 60 participants from production, service, technology, quality departments, and new graduates attended this systematic training. The event aimed to accurately convey quality management concepts, methods, and tools to technical and management personnel at the production frontline, laying a solid foundation for carrying out QC activities and striving to build "quality trustworthy teams", thereby empowering the continuous improvement of the company's product quality.

Director Wu Tao pointed out that the textile industry is an important pillar of the national economy. In today's context of increasingly fierce global competition and continuous upgrading of consumer demand, "quality" is no longer just a slogan, but the lifeline of enterprise survival and the ballast stone of industry development. He hoped that everyone would cherish this learning opportunity, pursue "exquisite products" with "craftsman spirit", achieve "excellence" through "continuous improvement", and use advanced quality tools such as QC to solve industry quality problems, continuously improve personal skills, and promote the continuous improvement of product quality.

The training adopted a four-in-one model of "in-depth theoretical explanation + case analysis + project simulation + experience exchange" to ensure that participants could understand, master, and apply the knowledge. The courses explained in a simple and understandable way the origin, types, activity procedures (PDCA cycle), core concepts of QC teams, as well as the application scenarios and operation points of common quality tools (such as checklists, stratification, Pareto charts, control charts, etc.). In addition, they detailed the management measures and scoring criteria for the construction of "quality trustworthy teams", clarifying the goals, paths, and requirements for their establishment.

Teacher Tao Yong, closely combining the characteristics of the textile machinery industry, selected typical cases from the company and benchmark enterprises for in-depth analysis, guiding participants to dissect successful experiences from the aspects of current situation investigation, cause analysis, countermeasure formulation and implementation, effect verification, and standardization, so that abstract theories could "take root" in real scenarios. He also shared the management experience and characteristic practices of excellent "quality trustworthy teams". Furthermore, the training set up a special exchange and discussion session, encouraging team leaders and technical backbones to share their experiences, puzzles, and insights in quality management, QC activities, and team building. Through ideological collisions, they inspired each other and broadened their work ideas.
