2. Resolve technical bottlenecks with perseverance: back all conclusions with authentic test data and ban falsified reports; adopt tiered accountability to resolve technical problems item by item until fully settled.
3. Boost product reliability: address gaps in product stability via cross-department collaboration across R&D, process, quality control and production to continuously lift product quality.
4. Integrate internal wisdom and external feedback: absorb in-house experience and user suggestions to broaden horizons and optimize allocation of R&D resources.
