In 2019, Rugao Chenxia launched its intelligent upgrading strategy and established in-depth cooperation with Qingdao Hongda. Facing the strict requirements of industrial textiles for cotton blending uniformity, Rugao Chenxia has successively introduced multiple sets of JWF1081 standard multi-component precision cotton blending machines and JWF1081A high-yield multi-component precision cotton blending machines. Through the application of these equipments, the blending ratio can be stably controlled within ±0.5%, which not only helps the enterprise continuously build an intelligent blending demonstration production line in East China, but also lays a solid quality foundation for applications in high-end fields.

Industrial textiles have extremely high requirements for the uniformity of raw material mixing. However, traditional cotton blending methods (such as manual premixing and cotton bale disc mixing) have long had two core pain points:
- Insufficient cotton blending precision leading to product quality defects
The proportion fluctuation of traditional cotton blending methods often exceeds 5%, resulting in uneven cotton blending, inaccurate cotton distribution, and severe deviation of blending ratio. This directly causes problems in subsequent processes, such as dyeing color difference, and the attenuation of protective performance of functional fabrics (e.g., flame-retardant protective clothing) due to uneven local fiber distribution. These issues not only keep the return rate high, but also affect the enterprise's competitiveness in the high-end market.
- Reliance on labor restricting efficiency and cost control
Traditional processes are highly dependent on manual operations, requiring multiple skilled workers per shift for real-time adjustment, resulting in low production efficiency. The JWF1081/A precision cotton blending machine adopts an independent support structure and a suspended weighing unit design, equipped with fully imported Mettler-Toledo (Switzerland) electronic scales. It uses an intelligent prediction and automatic compensation technology for weighing deviation based on a mathematical dynamic model, with a weighing precision of ±1%. This improves yarn strength and effectively solves the problem of blending ratio deviation caused by inaccurate manual cotton distribution.
- High degree of automation, significantly reducing labor reliance
The JWF1081/A precision cotton blending machine can fully replace traditional cotton mixing/premixing processes, reducing labor demand by more than 50% compared with manual cotton blending. Its high-performance cotton feeding structure supports the feeding of multiple raw materials and increases the output to 700kg/h (1200kg/h for the high-yield model), significantly improving cotton blending efficiency. At the same time, the equipment adopts a flexible opening device, which effectively reduces the number of fiber beatings, avoids quality fluctuations caused by repeated operations, and effectively guarantees the final yarn quality.
