Genuine quality improvement starts with listening to customers' voices. Qingdao Hongda goes deep into customers' sites and builds a new height of quality with sincerity and professionalism.


In mid-to-late September, Qingdao Hongda respectively launched the winding line and cleaning and carding line "Quality Journey" special activities. A professional team led by the company's senior executives and composed of backbones from technology, quality, service and other departments crossed four provinces and visited more than 20 key customers in depth. Through face-to-face communication, equipment inspection, on-site research and special discussions, valuable first-hand quality feedback and improvement suggestions were collected.
This activity is an important part of the company's annual "Quality Month" activity. It aims to accurately grasp customer needs, continuously improve product quality and service experience, and comprehensively enhance customer satisfaction by listening to customers' voices at zero distance.

Lu Xianghui, Deputy General Manager of the company, pointed out that "we should think about problems from the customer's perspective, experience products, find pain points, focus on overcoming them, and continuously improve the stability and reliability of equipment, so that customers can truly feel our changes and progress." Peng Wei, Secretary of the company's Discipline Inspection Commission, said during the visit that only by going to customers can we truly hear the most authentic voices of customers and truly understand the use of our products and room for improvement.
During the activity, team members fully listened to customers' feedback, went deep into the workshop frontline, carefully inspected the operation of the company's equipment and made detailed records, found out the causes of problems, actively put forward solutions, solved many problems on site, explained the use requirements of the equipment to customers in detail, and put forward targeted suggestions on equipment maintenance, which received positive responses and full recognition from customers. Customers highly praised and commended Qingdao Hongda's continuous "Quality Journey" activities over the years.
At the same time, the activity team fully communicated with customers, promoted the company's latest technological achievements and advanced technologies, earnestly listened to customers' suggestions, understood customer needs, formulated special technical solutions for customers, adapted to customers' actual conditions, and laid a solid foundation for the company's product technological innovation and high-quality development!
