First Prize and Second Prize in Qingdao Quality Control Circle Achievements

Recently, Qingdao Quality Association successfully held the 2025 Quality Control (QC) Circle Achievement Release Conference. At the conference, two QC achievements of Qingdao Hongda, in the competition with outstanding representatives from various industries in the city, won high recognition from the jury by virtue of their rigorous scientific nature, remarkable effectiveness and outstanding innovation. Finally, the achievement "Improving the Efficiency of Head Assembly" won the first prize, and "Reducing the Jamming Rate of CBF Small Trays" won the second prize. The Single Spindle Assembly Team of the Winding Equipment Factory won the "Qingdao Four-Star Quality Trustworthy Team" certification in the "Quality Trustworthy Team" selection. The first-prize-winning QC project "Improving the Efficiency of Head Assembly" directly addresses the challenges in the production frontline, focusing on the head component assembly and efficiency improvement of the VCRO PLUS automatic winding machine. Using advanced quality management tools, the team members successfully increased the head assembly efficiency by 41% through systematic analysis of key factors, precise implementation of countermeasures and strict standardization consolidation. This not only greatly improved production efficiency, but also brought significant economic benefits to the company, becoming a model case of lean production.

Driven by Innovation and Committed to Continuous Improvement. The second-prize-winning QC project "Reducing the Jamming Rate of CBF Small Trays" focuses on improving the operational stability of the CBF components of automatic winding machines. Through technological innovation and program upgrading, the team increased the operational stability of CBF components by 93%, successfully achieving the project goals and winning high recognition from the judges.

In the "Quality Trustworthy Team" selection, the Single Spindle Assembly Team of the Winding Equipment Factory won high praise from the jury and was certified as a "Qingdao Four-Star Quality Trustworthy Team" by virtue of its sound management system, excellent process control capabilities, continuous innovation atmosphere and profound team culture.
