Recently, the China Work Safety Association issued the Circular on the Construction of Standardized Safety Management Teams in 2025, in which the Card Clothing Cylinder & Doffer Processing Team of Qingdao Hongda Machinery Plant was honored with the title of "Level-1 Standardized Safety Management Team" of 2025. This is the first team of the company to win the Level-1 title of standardized safety management, and it also marks the company’s achievement of having production teams awarded the title of Standardized Safety Management Team by the China Work Safety Association for three consecutive years.
Team-based safety management is the cornerstone of enterprise work safety. Qingdao Hongda attaches great importance to team safety development. Through overall planning and deployment, full implementation of key elements, selection of exemplary models and further promotion of construction initiatives, the company has continuously improved employees' safety awareness, standardized team safety operation procedures, consolidated the grass-roots defense line of work safety, and provided solid support for the company's innovative development.
During the construction of the standardized team, the Card Clothing Cylinder & Doffer Processing Team of the Machinery Plant has adhered to a problem-solving orientation, strengthened fundamental management, focused on the "eight pillars" and "three supports" of safety management, and fully implemented the safety production responsibility system for all staff. In addition, the team has enhanced safety awareness through flexible training programs, eliminated potential safety hazards via meticulous inspections, and promoted management standardization through continuous improvement. These efforts have not only fostered a positive atmosphere where all staff actively advocate and practice safety protocols, but also significantly improved the team's safety management capability, laying a solid safety foundation for the sustained output growth of the team’s production activities.
Moving forward, the company will give full play to the exemplary and leading role of standardized safety management teams, continuously elevate the level of team safety management, build a safety community integrating the company, teams and employees, realize the coordinated development of work safety, on-site management and efficiency improvement, promote the continuous improvement of the safety situation, and contribute safety-driven strength to the high-quality development of the company.
