The 7th Inter-team Walking Relay Race of Qingdao Hongda Successfully Held
As the new year ushers in a new journey, we set off again with running strides! On January 4th, the 7th Inter-team Walking Relay Race of Qingdao Hongda was successfully held. Over 200 employees took the "first step" of 2026 with high spirits, conveying vitality through running and pooling strength via relay.
Since its debut in 2020, the New Year's work resumption day walking race has become a shared memory for all Qingdao Hongda staff. This year's event, themed "Strengthen the Foundation of Manufacturing, Embark on the Future of New Quality Productivity", adopted a relay race format. It was structured into three echelons with four service stations, and a safety and emergency response team provided full support throughout to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Zhang Wenxin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director and General Manager, led the senior management team to participate in the entire event, walking side by side with all employees on this journey. Despite the lingering winter chill, the atmosphere at the venue was filled with boundless enthusiasm. At the starting gun fired by Wei Xiaofei, Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, all participants marched forward in neat formation with firm steps and high morale, fully demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, collaboration, and striving for excellence, as well as the strong corporate cohesion of Qingdao Hongda.
Over the past seven years, the walking race has evolved from a fitness activity into an important platform for uniting team consensus and showcasing employee spirit. Every step taken is a vivid practice of the philosophy of "Loving Life, Loving Sports, Loving Work"; every relay passed on embodies the corporate spirit of solidarity, collaboration and courage to strive.
In the new year, Qingdao Hongda will continue to organize a variety of employee activities, foster a healthy, positive, united and progressive working atmosphere, further stimulate the work enthusiasm and creative vitality of all staff, lay a solid foundation for the full-year work, and jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development!
