Qingdao Hongda organized the 2025 Year-end Work Safety Meeting and the Fourth Quarter Work Safety Committee (WSC) Expanded Meeting, summarizing the company’s 2025 work safety efforts and deploying 2026 work safety tasks. Zhang Wenxin, Director of the WSC, Secretary of the Party Committee, and General Manager; Lü Ruizhang, Deputy Director of the WSC and Senior Director; Yan Yongliang, Chief Financial Officer; and Lu Xianghui, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting. More than 50 participants, including all WSC members, Party branch secretaries, and departmental safety officers, were present.

The meeting reviewed the company’s 2025 work in work safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and fire safety. It clarified the 2026 work safety targets and key Q1 work safety priorities, and deployed 2026 tasks including signing work safety target responsibility letters, safety education and training, hidden danger inspection and rectification, emergency drills, and occupational disease prevention.

In addition, the meeting reported on the 2025 establishment of safety management standardized teams and recognized 6 advanced teams in safety management.

In his speech, Lü Ruizhang, Deputy Director of the WSC and Senior Director, noted that the company achieved good results in work safety in 2025. All departments should carefully analyze and summarize experience, study, decompose, and implement the new year’s work safety targets, and continue to focus on and implement work safety efforts. They should identify potential safety hazards through surface signs, take effective measures to address recurring hazards, and resolutely prevent major accident hazards. They should improve the safety management capabilities of managers at all levels, make good use of the internal hazard reporting and safety rationalization suggestion reward mechanisms, and create a positive atmosphere where everyone takes responsibility for safety.

In his speech, Zhang Wenxin, Director of the WSC, Secretary of the Party Committee, and General Manager, stated that the company’s work safety situation was stable and orderly in 2025, laying a solid safety foundation for production and operation. For the new year’s work safety: First, there must be no slackness or complacency; safety work should be consistently pursued with stricter standards, more practical work styles, and more detailed requirements. Second, summarize the experience and shortcomings of safety management standardized team establishment in recent years, benchmark against standards, improve, and strive to create more excellent teams. Third, given the current busy production tasks, all departments should care about employees’ mental and physical conditions, provide adequate safety reminders, and ensure thorough inspection and supervision to prevent any safety issues at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. Fourth, adhere to strictness as the priority, raise the standards of safety work and the effectiveness of hazard inspections. For major and higher risks, develop detailed emergency plans and conduct regular drills to ensure rapid and effective response to incidents.

In the new year, Qingdao Hongda will thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of instructions on work safety, fully comply with laws, regulations, and institutional provisions, strictly follow the requirements of the group and provincial, municipal, and district authorities, earnestly implement the full-staff work safety responsibility system, strictly control all links of work safety, resolutely uphold the bottom line of work safety, continuously improve the company’s safety management level, and effectively lay a solid safety foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
