Good News Qingdao Hongda Wins First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award from CHTC

The results of the 2025 Science and Technology Progress Awards of China Hi-Tech Group Corporation (CHTC) were officially announced.The project Key Technology and Industrialization of VCRO PLUS Automatic Winder by Qingdao Hongda won the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of CHTC, demonstrating the enterprise’s technical strength and innovation capability in the field of high-end textile equipment.
The project has successfully developed the VCRO PLUS automatic winder with independent intellectual property rights, featuring a number of cutting-edge technological advantages:
- It adopts an innovative high-precision intelligent length-fixing system, achieving a yarn length accuracy of ±0.3%;
- It has developed single-spindle intelligent anti-winding and balloon tracking technologies, greatly improving operational stability;
- It has built an intelligent splicing prediction model and optimized the splicer structure, realizing efficient integrated production of Z-twist and S-twist;
- It has developed a multi-variety flexible system and intelligent doffing robot to meet diverse production demands;
- It has established a full-process intelligent management and control platform, promoting the intelligent upgrading of production.
The overall technology of the equipment has reached the international advanced level.
At present, the VCRO PLUS series automatic winders have been successfully applied in many textile enterprises at home and abroad, covering production scenarios of pure cotton, blended and various types of yarns, effectively helping customers improve production efficiency and product quality.
This award is a high recognition of Qingdao Hongda’s commitment to independent R&D and promotion of industrial technological progress.In the future, the enterprise will continue to focus on the high-end and intelligent development of textile equipment, deepen product innovation and service improvement, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of the textile industry.
