The spring breeze caresses the face, and new green buds emerge.On the afternoon of March 12th,on the occasion of the 48th Arbor Day,Qingdao Hongda organized the "One Heart, One Plant; Evergreen Foundation" themed Arbor Day activity at the south gate of the factory area.More than 60 employee representatives from various grassroots trade unionsworked side by side, using labor as a brushto add a touch of vibrant life to the spring factory area.
Embrace Nature, Plant Beauty
At the start of the activity, all participants were in high spirits, dressed in uniform gray work clothes and lined up neatly. After a brief mobilization by Wei Xiaofei, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, everyone quickly picked up tools such as shovels, buckets, and rakes, and threw themselves into the bustling labor with great enthusiasm. At the scene, the banner reading "One Heart, One Plant; Evergreen Foundation" stood out prominently, embodying the good expectation of synchronous prosperity for the company's development and a green future.
The tree-planting site was a busy scene. Everyone had a clear division of labor and worked in perfect coordination: digging soil with shovels, straightening saplings, building soil embankments, carrying water for irrigation... Every step was meticulous, and every process was carried out with extreme care. Meanwhile, another team carried out meticulous weeding, soil loosening, and leveling maintenance on the lawns of the factory flower beds, making the existing greenery more neat and orderly. The clashing sound of shovels against soil, mixed with laughter and chatter, played a vivid "spring plowing" symphony.
One shovelful of soil sows vitality; one bucket of water nurtures the future. Afforestation is an achievement for the present and a benefit for a thousand years. This activity not only beautified the factory environment but also further enhanced employees' environmental awareness and team cohesion. What we planted were not just saplings, but a commitment to green development and an expectation for an evergreen foundation. May they take root in the fertile soil and thrive together with the company, symbolizing the firm determination of all employees to walk together and strive for a shared future.
