The 3rd Staff E-Sports Tournament of Qingdao Hongda wrapped up successfully. Over 70 staff joined Honor of Kings cross-department teams. The Spooling Equipment Factory Team won the title. The event eases work stress, boosts team cohesion, and the union will hold more cultural activities ahead.
The 3rd Staff E-Sports Tournament of Qingdao Hongda Concludes Successfully
Fight with fingertips to show your spirit; unite as one to gather strength! Recently, the 3rd Staff E-Sports Tournament of Qingdao Hongda came to a successful end in the conference room on the basement floor of the office building. More than 70 employees signed up enthusiastically for this event. Multiple teams were formed across departments and workshops, staging a spectacular e-sports showdown.
The tournament featured team matches of Honor of Kings, with each team consisting of 5 players adopting a best-of-three format throughout the competition. On-site referees oversaw the whole event and standardized competition procedures strictly to guarantee fair play. On the arena, contestants stayed calm in combat and coordinated ingeniously, delivering brilliant gameplay and tactical rivalries one after another. Off the court, cheers and shouts of encouragement never faded, filling the venue with vibrant excitement. After several rounds of fierce competition, the Spooling Equipment Factory Team claimed the championship. The R&D Center Team took second place, while the Joint Quality Team of Production & Procurement Center ranked third.
Hosting the staff e-sports tournament is a vivid practice of the company trade union to enrich employees’ spare-time cultural and sports life and implement the national fitness initiative. The tournament effectively relieves work pressure from production, bridges gaps between employees in different positions, and further boosts team cohesion and collective sense of belonging. The competitive spirit of forging ahead bravely and never giving up displayed on the field will be transformed into strong motivation for work and innovation, inspiring all staff to devote themselves to work with greater enthusiasm and vigour.
In the future, the company trade union will continue launching diverse cultural and sports activities to enrich employees’ cultural life, rally momentum for progress, and work hand in hand to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the enterprise!
